“The unexpected journey with Tantric Body Experience was more than I could have hoped. The session started with setting the intention followed by some breath work and massage that quieted my mind and reconnected me with the body. The energy work followed with visualization and then it started an emotional and spiritual journey that Theo guided me through, to bring into the light my truth. I felt strong sensations in my body including tingling neck, hands, and feet. However, a sensation that I have never experienced before was a feeling of energy like a ball being stuck in my gut. Theo guided me through how to release this energy. It was a very emotional and personal journey.
