Theo is a holistic therapist in Amsterdam, working with massage, bodywork, energy, breath and regression. A deep personal change led him into social work, body-oriented therapies and energy work. That path has now lasted 17+ years.

People come to him for very different reasons. Some want to understand a fear or pattern that keeps coming back, or to work through what the body has held on to. Some are looking for deep rest, energy work or a new connection with their breath and body. Others come for regular therapeutic massage because of desk jobs, to relax, or to support an active, sporty life.

For Theo, the body is our greatest teacher and the home of the soul. Every session starts with your intention, and he adapts his work to what you need that day.

Theo is the founder of Teorei Academy and the creator of the Teorei method for natural balancing. For 7 years he has taught trainings in energy therapies and Reiki, and for many years he has given individual consultations.
