Reservation terms

• Cancellations and refundsTo receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. We cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 48 hours.
• ReschedulingIf you need to reschedule, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can apply your voucher to the new appointment.
• No-showsIf you don’t show up for your appointment and haven’t canceled, your voucher will be forfeited.
• ConfirmationWe will contact you on the day of your appointment to confirm. If we don’t hear from you 2 hours before your reservation time, your appointment will be canceled and your voucher will be void.
